Returns and Exchanges Policy

Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Purdori. We are committed to providing you with quality products and service. If you are not satisfied with our products, you can request for return of the product and we are pleased to offer a refund subject to the terms and conditions of our Return and Exchange Policy. Please read the following return and exchange policy carefully.

Return Request Period

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

  • Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original, intact packaging.
  • Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from Purdori official channels.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned unless due to product defects or incorrect product delivery  on our part. 
  • Products marked as "Final Sale"  on “No Return” are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Return Process

  • Please contact us by email at info.hk@purdori.com within the return request period to submit your return application, including valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
  • We will confirm your return eligibility and provide the return address and instructions within 3 working days after the date of receiving your request.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to product defect or incorrect product delivery on our part. Please use a trackable delivery method and retain the tracking receipt for verification purpose.

Refund Arrangement

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7 to 10 working days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Banking processing times may vary and could take up to 10 working days or longer.
  • If the return is the result of our responsibility (e.g., defective or incorrect product delivery), we will cover return shipping and handling fees and issue a full refund.
  • Refunds will be issued for the actual product price paid, deducting any delivery and handling fees (if the return is not due to our responsibility).
  • If a discount code, voucher, or coupon was used at purchase and the item is returned, the corresponding discount or voucher will be considered used and cannot be reused or reissued.
  • We do not offer store credit or refund vouchers.

Special Conditions

  • If valid proof of purchase is not provided, we will attempt to verify your purchase through our system records. We reserve the right to refuse returns if verification fails.
  • We reserve the final right to approve or reject any return request.

Exchange Policy

We do not accept exchanges. You can place a new order for an updated item, and separately mail the return back to us according to the above return policy.

Final Sale and No Return Items

Products marked as "Final Sale" or “No Return” are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of this return and exchange policy at any time and reserve all rights of  interpretation, execution and final decision rights. In case of any disputes regarding this policy, Purdori reserves all rights to make any final decision.
