6. Prices, Delivery Fees, and Risk

All listed prices exclude delivery and handling fees unless otherwise speciﬁed. The Website reserves the right to change prices at any time; prices at the time of order conﬁrmation prevail.
Delivery Fee Policy:
- Free delivery for orders over HK$1,000
- HK$50 delivery fee for orders below HK$1,000
Your order will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout. Once orders are handed to the logistics provider, the product risk transfers to you.

7. Delivery Policy

We provide delivery services within Hong Kong.
Free delivery service is not applicable to Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, and Hong Kong International Airport on Lantau Island. Please contact our customer services for arrangements before ordering for frontier restricted areas, all outlying islands, remote areas, and places that cannot be delivered through the floor and are difficult to reach by vehicles.
Free delivery for orders over HK$1,000.
A delivery fee of HK$50 applies to orders below HK$1,000.
Delivery times depend on order processing and logistics, usually within 1–2 working days.
Delays may occur due to special circumstances (weather, traﬃc control, emergencies), and we appreciate your understanding.

8. Return and Exchange Policy

Returns allowed within 7 days for unopened and unused products
Return delivery costs are to be borne by the customer (except in cases of product defects or incorrect product delivered)
