Delivery Policy

• We provide delivery services within Hong Kong.
  
• Free delivery service is not applicable to Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, and Hong Kong International Airport on Lantau Island. Please contact our customer services for arrangements before ordering for frontier restricted areas, all outlying islands, remote areas, and places that cannot be delivered through the floor and are difficult to reach by vehicles.
• Free delivery for orders over HK$1,000.
  
• A delivery fee of HK$50 applies to orders below HK$1,000.
  
• Delivery times depend on order processing and logistics, usually within 1–2 working days.
  
• Delays may occur due to special circumstances (weather, traffic control, emergencies), and we appreciate your understanding.
